Distribution. Known from Brazil, Colombia, and Peru in Amazonia (Plt. 108 A). In Brazil, restricted to western Amazonia near the borders of Brazil, Colombia, and Peru (Plt. 108 A) at low elevations (Plt. 108 B). Previous maps and taxonomy in Roze (1996), Campbell and Lamar (2004), and Silva Jr. et al. (2016). Observed in the field in primary and secondary forest (Roze, 1996; Campbell and Lamar, 2004).
