CMAR c-squares mapper

The c-squares mapper is a web-accessible, perl based utility (application) which creates web plots of c-squares (typically, representations of dataset spatial extents or "footprints") on any of a range of user-selectable, pre-prepared base maps, according to one or more strings of c-square codes passed to it via the web, either by a human user or (more typically), a remote application.
