ONG Micófilos

Description

Micófilos es una Organización no Governamental (ONG) dedicada a la investigación, conservación, educación ambiental y difusión del Reino Fungi en un lenguaje sencillo para la comunidad. Realizamos constantes salidas a terreno a lo largo de todo Chile, principalmente a los ecosistemas nativos. Para esto, el año 2018 creamos nuestro fungario con las siglas MICOCL, indexado en Index Herbariorum de New York, de este modo, podremos continuar investigando los Hongos, Líquenes y Myxomycetes presentes en Chile por medio de taxonomía clásica, biología molecular, y estudios ecológicos, los cuales son publicados en revistas científicas locales y globales.
