A Fundação Zoobotânica do Rio Grande do Sul (FZB/RS) é o órgão responsável pela promoção e conservação da biodiversidade no Rio Grande do Sul. Através do Jardim Botânico, do Parque Zoológico e do Museu de Ciências Naturais, atua nas áreas de pesquisa, educação ambiental, conservação e lazer. A instituição é detentora de coleções científicas de plantas e animais, atuais e fósseis, que subsidiam pesquisas realizadas por especialistas do Brasil e do exterior.
