The University of Antofagasta (UA) is a State university, secular and pluralistic located in the region of Antofagasta in the north of Chile. UA is a regional research pole in marine, terrestrial and extreme environments across the natural biodiversity laboratory, from the Atacama Desert to Antarctica and overseas ecosystems.
