Description

The Sistema de Colecciones Biológicas de la Escuela de Biología USAC, founded in 1989, house biological collections focused on documenting the biodiversity of Guatemala. Currently includes seven zoological collections (mammals, birds, herpetofauna, fish, arthropods, mollusks, marine invertebrates), one botanical collection and one paleontological collection.
