Staten Island Museum

Description

Founded in 1881, the Staten Island Museum has a comprehensive record of the organisms found on Staten Island, NY, a borough of New York City. The natural science collection includes: botany, entomology, vertebrate zoology, invertebrate zoology, geology and paleontology. The museum also holds the William T. Davis Cicada Collection, which is world-wide in scope.
