Fundación Condor Andino

Description

The Andean Condor Foundation is an organisation dedicated to research on a technical-scientific basis that promotes conservation and management activities focused on threatened species and ecosystems throughout Ecuador, with emphasis on the Andean condor, the Andean eagle, the Andean bear and the brown-headed spider monkey, and other species and ecosystems at risk of extinction. The Andean Condor Foundation also develops transversal programmes and activities related to the management of the People-Fauna conflict, sterilisation of pets to mitigate the threats of introduced species, education, communication, environmental awareness and training activities on issues related to the Foundation's fields of action and expertise.
