Description

This Herbarium is the product of the merge of two collection. The oldest one was the Herbarium SALA founded in 1966 by Professor Bartolomé Casaseca. The second collection was the Herbarium SALAF started by Professor Miguel Ladero. The two Herbaria were merged in the nineties, according to the suggestions of the "Index Herbariorum" Management Board. The collection code SALA was preserved.
