Description

Longwood University, Harvill-Stevens Herbarium (FARM) primarily houses native vascular plants of Virginia with some specimens from the surrounding states. The herbarium was founded in 1963 with important collectors being A.M. Harvill, B.J. Harvill, C.E. Stevens, T. Bradley, M.L. Fernald, G.P. Fleming, S.W. Leonard, B. Mikula, H.K. Svenson, and R. A. S. Wright. 75000 specimens.
