POLLICHIA was founded 1840 as a scientific association named after the a physician and botanist Johann Adam Pollich. From the beginning the association has two aims: exploring the country and spreading the scientific knowledge. Nowadays, POLLICHIA is involved in nature conservation and landscape preservation by advising administrative bodies, as well as actively acquiring important areas for conservation purposes.Contacts
