Description
The Livingstone Museum is the oldest and largest museum in Zambia. Established in 1934, it is one of the five national museums under the National Museums Board. The Museum holds collections in the natural history fields of ornithology, mammalogy, herpetology, entomology, ichthyology and botany, as well as in the humanities fields of archaeology, ethnography and history. It holds the largest reference collection on the biodiversity of Zambia, dating back to the mid-20th Century.Contacts
