Description

The New South Wales Department of Primary Industries is one agency within a cluster of agencies (Regional NSW) of the New South Wales Government, responsible for the administration and development for agriculture, fisheries, aquaculture, forestry, and biosecurity in New South Wales. The Department holds many biological collections related to these areas including soil and water samples, fish otoliths, veterinary slides and tissues, and an extensive plant biosecurity collection of plant pests and diseases.
