Description

The Institute of Marine Affairs (IMA) has a collection of biodiversity and related datasets holdings. The IMA's focus is on Environmental Marine and Coastal Research, centered around research clusters on Biodiversity and Ecology, Fisheries and Aquaculture, Oceanography and Coastal Processes, Environmental Quality as well as the Geomatic Unit. The Biodiversity and Ecology conducts fundamental and applied research on wetlands (mangroves and seagrasses), coral reefs, and benthic communities.
