This workshop is a part of GBIF Capacity Enhancement Support Programme CESP2024-013
The workshop focuses on practical use of biodiversity data to support research, conservation, and decision-making in Ethiopia. Building on data mobilized through GBIF and national partners, it introduces tools, workflows, and real-world use cases that demonstrate how biodiversity data can be discovered, accessed, analyzed, and interpreted. Through hands-on sessions and applied examples, participants will strengthen their capacity to turn open biodiversity data into evidence for science, policy, and sustainable management.
