Promoting biodiversity information in Vietnam workshop

This workshop was intended for relevant stakeholders in the promotion of biodiversity information in Vietnam. The workshop included greater explaination of GBIF, the National Biodiversity Database System and facilitated discussion with key potential data holders on Vietnamese participation in GBIF and a roadmap for Vietnam to become a GBIF member. It supports the Development of the biodiversity database system in Vietnam  project funded by the Biodiversity Information Fund for Asia (BIFA).
