The International Botanical Congress (IBC) is the largest international conference for plant sciences, held once every six years.
The IBC not only brings together scientists from many countries and regions, but also from the many disciplines that encompass plant sciences, like mycology, ecology, agriculture, horticulture, and systematics. Authorized by the International Association of Botanical and Mycological Societies, the IBC provides valuable opportunities for plant scientists from around the world to share new research findings and ideas, establish international collaborations, make new friendships and renew old ones.
