The objectives of this workshop are understanding the theoretical concepts of modeling ecological niches and conservation biogeography and learning to make methodological decisions that allows the student to use these tools in an appropriate manner.
This workshop will also contribute to the training of students and professionals in museum science and wildlife management to understand and apply the modeling of ecological niches as a conservation tool.
