The fourth plenary session of the Platform on Biodiversity and Ecosystem Services (IPBES) will discuss organizational matters, the work programme of the Platform, financial and budgetary matters, rules and procedures of its operation, communications and stakeholder engagement and institutional arrangements. The Executive Secretary will also report on the implementation of the work programme 2014-2018.
