The IPBES 12 Plenary is open for participation of IPBES members and observers, hosted in Manchester, United Kingdom. Stakeholder participation in IPBES 12 is open only to delegates who are officially nominated by their organizations that have been accredited as observers to previous sessions of the Plenary. Individual registration is required to access in-session documents and receive meeting connection details.
