This five-week workshop is a part of BID-CA2020-041-INS aims to strengthen capacities for the mobilization and use of biodiversity data in Venezuela.
The program consists of 7 short modules (see the module description), which will be developed by combining synchronous virtual sessions and self-guided asynchronous activities.
By the end of the course, we expect that participants from academia, research institutions, biological collections, NGOs and government institutions will have a broad understanding on how to access and publish metadata and primary biodiversity data through GBIF.
