Omare Marine Observatory of Esposende promoted by Esposende Municipality in partnership with the University of Minho and the National Institute for Nature Conservation and Forests. The project aims to create a monitoring and information system of the marine biodiversity of the Northern Littoral Natural Park, and the main objective will be the regular provision of information on the state of biodiversity, thus providing tools to the management and technical-political decision focused on the extension and management of the Natura 2000 Network in the marine environment.
