The Freshwater Biological Association FBA will be hosting SEFS13 in Newcastle Upon Tyne, England.
Much-anticipated mid-conference excursions will showcase the best of north east England’s environment, culture and heritage. There will also be extensive opportunities for networking and socialising between sessions and at the conference gala dinner, which will take place in St James’ Park (the home of Newcastle United). Training and workshop opportunities tailored towards early career colleagues will be organised by the early career (EFYR) group of the European Federation of Freshwater Sciences and the FBA's Early Career Network.
