The 2018 Annual Meeting of Plant Herbaria in Asia will be held in Shanghai, China on the 17th to 18th of November. Before the start of the event, a small workshop will be held on November 16th covering distribution of occurrence data in Asia. This workshop is aimed at those who are familiar with this field and interested in topics including:
- Data issue
- Data quality
- Georeferencing
- Data cleaning
- Data application
- Tools and workflows

All costs during the workshop will be covered including the flight ticket, accomodation and food during the event in China. Those wishing to attend should confirm as soon as possible to arrange VISA applications. If you are not available to attend, suggestions of another suitable person can be made.
