The GBIF Africa Regional Support Team will organize a virtual data mobilisation training workshop in French to strengthen the capacity of francophone institutions in Africa to mobilize and publish biodiversity data through GBIF.
The workshop follows the GBIF Biodiversity Data Mobilization curriculum and will cover key steps of the data mobilization workflow, including data capture (Darwin Core), data management and cleaning, and data publishing using the Integrated Publishing Toolkit (IPT).

Certification exercises: 16–29 May 2026
A maximum of 30 participants will be selected.
