The conference facilitates Ibero-American dialogue between stakeholders in academia, government, and the private sector to promote inclusive, open, participatory and responsible perspectives in science.
Seven thematic areas are covered across the conference:
- AI and Open science
- Predatory journals, APCs and bad practices
- Citizen and participatory science
- Policies and sustainability
- Open infrastructures
- Monitoring and evaluation
- Skills and dissemination.
The official conference languages are Spanish and Portuguese. If abstracts and summaries are submitted in English, translations must also accompany.
Note: There is no fee for registration, and remote attendance is possible.
