In order to address the demand for dissemination and training about biodiversity data use and data publication, we are launching a programme of webinars around this topic, a friendly and feasible format in these pandemic times.
This year’s webinars will be focused on collections, an essential source of biodiversity data. The second one is called “Digitalization of natural history collections” and will be conducted by Eva Pérez Pimparé (RECOLNAT – Muséum National d’Histoire Naturelle), Jordi Agulló (Museu de Ciències Naturals de Barcelona), Iván Casañas (Instituto Español de Oceanografía, Centro Oceanográfico de Canarias) and Francisco Pando (GBIF.ES). After their presentations, there will be room for debate and questions.
