Occurrence dataset for 775 beach meiofauna specimens collected during the beach meiofauna taxonomy and DNA barcoding workshops at Naturalis Biodiversity Center in May/June 2022 and July/August 2023.

Sampling

Sediment cores and scraped sediment from the intertidal zone of sandy beaches, from beach groundwater, and from dune base.

Quality Control

Taxonomic experts identified the specimens.
