Mobilization biodiversity data from scientific publications (articles, dissertations and reports).

Quality Control

After data entry, a taxonomic correction is made using the GBIF API software. For the geolocation of species, the geolocate software was used to determine the geographical coordinates.

Method steps

Three steps: mobilization, extension of good practices in mobilizing and digitizing data on biodiversity and publication.
