Original provider: Far East Russia Orca Project Dataset credits: Far East Russia Orca Project Russian Cetacean Habitat Project Whale and Dolphin Conservation Society Abstract: This dataset includes opportunistic observations of cetaceans conducted during our work with killer whales. Observations were made visually from the 4 m long inflatable boat. Observed species include minke whale, fin whale, Baird’s beaked whale, gray whale, humpback whale and Dall’s porpoise. Purpose: Opportunistic observations Supplemental information: The original dataset did not include the second part of the time. Some records do not have time values.
