Water Authority Hollands Noorderkwartier is a Dutch waterboard. This waterboard has emerged in 2003 as a result of merging waterboard of 'Uitwaterende Sluizen' and waterboard Hollands Noorderkwartier together with five smaller waterboards; Het Lange Rond, Hollands Kroon, De Waterlanden, Groot-Geestmerambacht and water board Westfriesland. It manages an area of 197,000 ha and is situated north from the Northsea channel including the island of Texel.
