Description

Bee bowl and netting surveys done as part of an ongoing USFWS study of habitat restoration. The Vermont site is a 4.5 acre field planted with native grasses in 2015 within the Sandbar WMA.

Netting and bee bowls (8 yellow, 8 white, 8 blue) for ~24 hours

Method steps

  1. Most bees were pinned. Abundant species are stored in vials of ethanol.
