Description

The data set includes a database of the collection of vascular plants, mosses and lichens collected in the territory of the Natural Park "Numto" (Russia, KhMAO-Yugra) from 1997 to 2020. The first samples were collected by junior researcher Glazunov Valery Alexandrovich. At that time, the study of the park's territory was just beginning. The research was conducted in the vicinity of the Numto indigenous village. Gradually, the southern part of the park was surveyed, then the northern part. At the moment, the collection includes more than 200 samples. The total number of flora found in the park is 277 species.

The territory of the park is located in the center of the West Siberian Plain and belongs to the northern taiga subzone. Located on the border of the Yamalo-Nenets and Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrugs, it occupies a special position in the geography, ecology, and ethnography of the Tyumen North. The distance from the geographical center of the "Natural Park "Numto" to the city of Beloyarsky is 200 km. Surgut is 300 km away. Part of the territory of the natural park "Numto" is occupied by the uplands of the Siberian Uvals-the Numto Uval and the Poluiskaya upland, dissected by the channels of the Kazym River and its tributaries.
