Description

This publication presents a set of occurrence records of Rothschild’s giraffe observed at Ruma National Park in the South Western part of Kenya between March 2017 and April 2018. The study lists all the Rothschild’s giraffes observed and their georeference positions within the park. Publication of this data adds to the database on the Rothschild’s giraffe subspecies to advance research on distribution modeling to inform conservation planning for the vulnerable Subspecieses at the local scale and across Africa.
