Dataset homepage

Citation

MGnify (2019). Targeted loci sequencing of anaerobic benzene-degrading enrichment cultures. Sampling event dataset https://doi.org/10.15468/d5gg4d accessed via GBIF.org on 2023-02-07.

Description

This project aims to characterize the microbial community of anaerobic benzene-degrading cultures originating from different subsurface environments. In this project, we used 454-based DNA amplicon sequencing targeting v6-v8 region of 16S rRNA genes.
