A 20% QA was carried out using internal procedure by the Data Team at the Marine Biological Association, Plymouth. As only the first record of a species was recorded, any abundance information is entered in the speciesNotes field with the species simply being recorded as present.Method steps
- Records collected from intense 8 hour search for species by school children, members of the public, amateur naturalists and scientists. Each record was verified by an experienced recorder.
