Description

26 species of molluscs, 1 species of shrimp, and 8 species of leeches were studied in the aquatic ecosystems of Middle Zarafshan.

The Zarafshan Valley area is located in the center of the Republic of Uzbekistan and Borders East Taman with the Republic of Tajikistan, North with Chumqor mountain, Gubdun, Nurota, Oqtog, and Karatog, and the western part of the Turkestan Mountains, south with the mountains of Chaqalikalon, Karatepa, Zirabulog, Ziyovuddin.
