Description

Observations from 57 observers, most of whom are members of the Limburg Natural History Society (NHGL), are included in the dragonfly working atlas. In 2003, work was started on checking the available observations of dragonflies and adding them to the atlas. About 64,000 observations of dragonflies in Limburg have now been incorporated in the working atlas. The atlas presents data from 2 time periods; from 1977 to 1996 and from 1997 to 2003. All data from the Dragonflies in Limburg working atlas has been included in the NDFF database through the Limburg nature database NatuurBank Limburg.
