A list of NCBI higher taxa (Phyla, Classes, Orders) resolved to taxa in the . Data are based on https://data.gtdb.ecogenomic.org/releases/release202/202.0/auxillary_files/ncbi_vs_gtdb_r202_archaea.xlsx and https://data.gtdb.ecogenomic.org/releases/release202/202.0/auxillary_files/ncbi_vs_gtdb_r202_bacteria.xlsx. NCBI taxa that are polyphyletic in GTDB have been included as a synonym if a GTDB taxon covers > 80% of the NCBI taxon.
