Description

Butterfly survey in 3 conventional and organic tea farms every two weeks.

Sampling Description

Study Extent

南投縣魚池鄉6座茶園,每座茶園中劃設200公尺的樣線。

Sampling

穿越線調查法,以目視觀察周圍5公尺範圍內之蝴蝶,並利用昆蟲網捕捉個體,以確認物種。

Quality Control

證據標本,於每條樣線首次出現之物種皆捕捉並保留雌雄各1之乾式標本。

Method steps

  1. 以持續穩定的速度及目視觀察5公尺範圍內出現的蝶種,輔以蟲網捕捉確認種類,調查頻度基本為2周1次,時間為上午08:00~12:00。
