The database includes a releves of different type of vegetation in Latorica river basin. The releves are made in difference altitude zones, including subalpine, mountain and lowland ecosystems. The size of plots ranged from 25 to 100 m2.Sampling Description
Study Extent
The study area is situated in Latorica river basin from 48.360N-22.590E to 48.750N-23.170E (coordinates in decimal degree) located in the Eastern Carpathian Mountains, Transcarpathian region of Western Ukraine. The area is a typical mountain landscape with altitudes from 100 to 1600 m a.s.l. Data sampling was performed in 2012-2013.Sampling
The data were collected in accordance with the standart methodological approaches in the vegetation plots in the range of 25-100 m2 with records of the full floristic composition and cover of each species in %. The database is stored in the Turboweg program environment.Quality Control

Geographic Coverages
The study area is situated in Latorica river basin from 48.360N-22.590E to 48.750N-23.170E (coordinates in decimal degree) located in the Eastern Carpathian Mountains, Transcarpathian region of Western Ukraine. The area is a typical mountain landscape with altitudes from 100 to 1600 m a.s.l. and includes the Transcarpathian lowland (100–200 m), lower mountain (200–400 m), middle mountain (400–800 m), upper mountain (800–1200 m), and subalpine (1100–1600) zones with geologically old soils.
