Description

To elucidate the seasonal and spatial changes in picocyanobacterial diversity in temperate waters, baccoded amplicon pyrosequencing of 16S-23S internal transcribed spacer sequences was applied. Synechococcus and Prochlorococcus diversity in the East Sea and the East China Sea.
