- Water samples were collected by Chris Cathrine from a bog pool at Flanders Moss SSSI on 5th March 2015. Meiofauna (freshwater zooplankton) were then identified by third year Animal Diversity students at the Paisley campus of University of the West of Scotland (UWS) during a taxonomy practical. Records included in this dataset were verified by Chris Cathrine.
