One new species and one new record of Zasmidium in China

Two hyphomycetous species were collected from leaves of Smilaz china and Cremastra appendiculata. ITS-BLAST searches from NCBI indicated that they belong to Zasmidium.Morphological comparison, phylogenetic analyses based on ITS, LSU and rpb2, and evaluation of base pair differences confirmed that our strains represented a new species, Zasmidium liboense and a Chinese record of Z. citri-griseum.Taxonomic Coverages
