Description

Con el propósito de contar con un sistema de información veraz, objetivo, completo y sencillo para consulta de Colección de Microorganismos del CINVESTAV-IPN, con el apoyo del Departamento de Computación se diseñó una base de datos de tipo relacional sobre un BDMS ACCES sugerido por la CONABIO. Así con este trabajo, en su primera parte, se tendrá completa la información principalmente sobre sinónimos, fuente de aislamiento, proveedores. conservación a largo y corto plazo, instituciones, servicios, etc. En una segunda parte, el Centro Nacional de Referencia de Control Biológico, institución que impulsa el desarrollo del control biológico de plantas agrícolas en México, efectuará los estudios para integrar la base de datos CONABIO/CINVESTAV con información sobre aislamientos y cepas de microorganismos entomopatógenos disponibles en instituciones públicas y privadas y dará a conocer el banco de germosplasma para ponerlo a disposición de investigadores y productores.
