Se revisarán e integrarán primero los listados de especies y toda la información recabada en todos las recolectas previas realizadas por el grupo de estudio participante en 10 localidades. Además, se realizarán 12 nuevas localidades en Isla Isabel durante la presente investigación. Así mismo, se obtendrá información sobre las especies de intrerés comercial por medio de encuestas a los pescadores. Se establecerá una colección con todos los especimenes debidamente preservados en el Laboratorio de Ecosistemas Marinos y Acuicultura del Departamento de Ecología, CUCBA-UdeG.
