Description

This dataset contains a digital set of over 15,000 images J. Francis Macbride made in Berlin of material collected in Central and South America from 1778 through May 1930. The 154 plant families represented are predominated by Asteraceae, Fabaceae, Rubiaceae, Melastomataceae, Solanaceae, Euphorbiaceae, Araceae, Acanthaceae, Bromeliaceae and Piperaceae.
