Taxonomic Coverages
All observed specimens identified to species. The superfamily Papilionoidea is best represented in the dataset and includes families (here and below - in alphabetic order) Hesperiidae (nine species), Lycaenidae (22 species), Nymphalidae (44 species), Papilionidae (seven species), Pieridae (19 species), and Satyridae (18 species). Fragmentary data on taxa of Bombycidae (one species), Brahmaeidae (one species), Erebidae (two species), Saturniidae (two species) and Sphingidae (15 species) are also presented.

Geographic Coverages
The studied material comes from the north-eastern Palaearctic and includes data from Eastern Siberia (Republic of Sakha – Yakutia) and the Russian Far East (Amur Oblast, Jewish Autonomous Oblast, Khabarovsk Krai and
Primorsky Krai).
