Description

Lepidoptera сheck-list of the "Kaluzhskie Zaseki" natural reserve (Russia, Kaluga Region) provided here is based on the results of the long-term studies. It includes 1045 species observed on the area of reserve as well as occurred on the nearest vicinity and expected in the reserve itself and in the GBIF. Species annotations include information on distributions on the reserve districts, their ecology in the conditions of the region and another. This dataset addressed to a large audience of zoologists, ecologists, geographers, students of natural sciences, nature conservations workers and naturalists.
