Description

The data were collected as part of ichthyological researches of Сartal, Kagul, Kuhurlui, Yalpuh lakes.

Study Extent

Lower Danube basin.

Sampling

The works were carried out in different seasons. The standard EN 14757:2015 Water quality - Sampling of fish with multi-mesh gillnets was used to obtain data. Catches of industrial fishing gear were also analyzed.

Method steps

  1. Planning of venues for ichthyological research.
  2. Conducting field research and analysis of catches of industrial fishing gear.
  3. Filling in a specialized database.
  4. Summarizing and converting data into Darwin Core format
